What Clients are Saying...

Peggy is the best! She helped me spiritually and emotionally to navigate through issues of social anxiety and unresolved problems stemming from a traumatic childhood. Always directing me back to the sufficiency and truths of scripture, Peggy helped me to go beyond a mere head knowledge of scripture and embrace its transformative power even for the toughest of challenges in my life. God has gifted Peggy with the skill, finesse, and compassion that makes for an exceptional biblical counselor. I am so thankful for her help and I highly recommend her.

After that first session, I walked away feeling hopeful and inspired. She has a very unique and very distinctive gift of meeting you where you are, as well as giving respect to the despair I was experiencing. As our sessions continued, I gained such trust and respect for her as she guided me through seeing from a different perspective. Therefore, now I could move forward. That changed my life. Today I'm happy to say I am standing on a firm foundation to now build a more purposeful life and to realize my true value in Christ. I will be forever grateful to Peggy for her amazing, remarkable exhortation as to how one can live a more full life to the Glory of God - more than I could have imagined. I now have immeasurable hope.

Thank you, Peggy, from the bottom of my heart!

Yes, but can biblical counseling help me?

Are things not quite right and you feel stuck? Are you struggling and don't know where to turn?

Or maybe things are really wrong and you have lost all hope.

Some counselors offer answers by giving people a list of do's and don'ts.

But Peggy seeks to help people address the heart issues that are at the root of so many struggles in life.

Many Christians can have extensive Bible knowledge but have a difficult time applying

God's truths to their struggles.

Biblical counseling goes deeper than addressing the presenting problems, it embraces the wisdom of God's Word and helps people practically apply it in their lives. The presenting problem can be God's warning flag that there are deeper problems of the heart.

Whether on a spiritual/mental/emotional mountain top or suffering in the valley,

the Lord gives us all we need for life and godliness (2 Pet 1:3).

My greatest joy is to see the "light come on" as clients walk in God's truths

and see their problems being addressed!

"Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful in one way or another - showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God's way.

Through the Word, we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us."

(2 Tim 3:16-17)
